What this website collects

zoominseo.com has no forms, no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser's user agent) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are rotated regularly and are not used to profile visitors.

When you write to us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out a contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, the steps you asked for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law where a contract follows.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors to run our business: our hosting provider (servers located in the European Union) and our email provider. Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to robert@zoominseo.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Apps and websites we build for clients

When we build or operate a website or app for a client, that client is usually the controller for its users' data and publishes its own privacy policy. Apps published under the name ZOOMINSEO S.R.L. carry their own privacy policy, linked from their store listing.
